Something I am Thankful For
No one in our family has food allergies or restrictions!
I actually wrote this as I am making plans for a meal to deliver to a family where the mom is on a no-salt diet and the boys can't have dairy! All my favorite dishes are flying right out the window. I am sure they have their menus worked out and are used to it, but it has taken me a bit to come up with something. I did figure something out, but I am adjusting the recipe a bit so it probably won't be quite as good, and the 1.3 lbs of approved chicken cost over $9! Whew!
